I experienced wonderful customer service with all four of the employees in the drive-through today. this is one of my favorite locations and I will continue to be a frequent customer. i love customizing my food with the mcd app

Due to no fault of the people that work here but often they run out of things… I place my orders on the app, so it won’t say what they are out of, it should in my honest opinion and they should be able to reimburse you at the place you order it. Other than that the people here are really pleasant and are quick to replace whatever item wasn’t available. The food is always hot and fresh. Keep up the great work!

I went this morning between 9am-10am and the lady at the drive though was amazing. Very friendly and made sure my son’s sausage McGriddle was made correctly. I explained how the last few times it had cheese on it and my son’s been upset because he doesn’t like cheese on it. I figured I’d share (tried calling) that my son was so happy his response when he took the sandwich apart “look mama they made my sandwich right no cheese”! I thought the lady at the window should know and be recognized lol!

I just wanted to personally thank the manager on duty again tonight. (Thursday 1/22/26 around 7 pm) for being so kind to me and taking care of your DoorDash drivers. Amazing employees! Place is one of the cleanest fast food places I have ever been, even the parking lot is kept up! Food is hot, fresh, and accurate. They do seem to be busy all the time, but it’s a restaurant it’s to be expected. I’d rather eat at a busy restaurant than a slow one, you know the food is going to be good.

Sweet girls in the drive thru said hi to my 4-year-old daughter, who had stabbed herself in the eye with a plastic fork. So, she was grumpy, but the girls were very sweet.
